Most recently, Mike served as a Partner within a leading interim management firm, where he helped shape their Interim CFO Practice and co-lead their Board Practice, enabling organisations to access top-tier leadership talent with precision and discretion.
Mike is deeply passionate about challenging traditional approaches to executive and non-executive hiring. He champions solutions that prioritise discretion, agility, and impact, especially at board level where the stakes are highest.
